Synopsis

Xanda, derives from different schools of martial arts and emerged since the 1970’s in China. Having lasted for over 30 years, it has now evolved into popular tournaments with millions of loyal fans and spectators. 

A former fighter turned Xanda Coach named Tieh (Zhang Hong Jun) relentlessly trains his son Lung (Zhao Zi Long) and Lung’s friend Qiang (Sang Wei Lin) with his traditional Kung Fu expertise and unorthodox Xanda training in order to make them become the next champion.
