Terms & Conditions
1. Merchandise sold is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. Upon placing order, customers must provide a valid contact name, phone number, email address and mailing address with zip code. All the collected information will be used to contact customers for order delivery and providing customer service.
3. If customers need to modify any contact information, customers must provide order number and email us at for the updating procedures.
4. No compensation will be applied for any delay delivery due to product delivery and/ or launching day postponed and/ or missing full mailing contact information.
5. Any missing or defective merchandize is found, exchange is allowed within 3 working days after receiving the goods with notification and the original damaged parts should be sent back to us at customer's own cost and exchange for the same model is limited to one time only. Exchange is not included in package, artificial damage and those goods that are not sold at our store.
6. Deposit is not refundable and cannot be transferred to other items for all confirmed order.
7. Items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to packaging design variations.
8. Promotion offer and gift are subject to a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
9. Shipment begins once collected with all the ordered items upon every single purchase.
10. Customer's personal information would be kept strictly confidential by Panorama Corporation Limited and for internal use only.
11. If there is any dispute, Panorama Corporation Limited reserves the rights for final decision.
