Synopsis

When Dr. Rossiter botches an operation on a girl scaring her face for life, he has to flee England and ends up in France with a backwoods circus troop. Taking over a circus and using it as a front he continues his experimental and conventional plastic ssurgery as Dr. Schuler. He populates it with beautiful yet disfigured female criminals. However, when the beauties try to break away from him, he devises accidents to deal with their ingratitude....
